The general terms and conditions of the jollybellas.com online store have been compiled in accordance with the Consumer Protection Act (ZVPot) , the Personal Data Protection Act (ZVOP-1) and the Electronic Communications Act (ZEKom-1).

We kindly ask all our customers to read all the general terms and conditions before using our website. 4. Product properties

All products on Jollybellas.com are made in Slovenia. The actual appearance of the product may differ. Photographs of products are symbolic and do not guarantee the properties of the products (especially in terms of color deviation). The provider does not undertake the correctness and completeness of the data on the pages of the online store (text or image material).

5. Order

The purchase agreement between jollybellas.com and the customer is concluded in the online store jollybellas.com at the moment when jollybellas.com sends the customer the first e-mail about the status of his order. From this moment on, all prices and other conditions are fixed and apply to both jollybellas.com and the buyer. The customer is considered to be the person with the data as stated when placing the order. It is not possible to change customer data later.

7. Issuance of invoice

Jollybellas also issues an invoice to the customer upon delivery and payment of the ordered items. The invoice breaks down the price and all costs related to the purchase.

The buyer is obliged to check the correctness of the data upon receipt of the order. Subsequent objections regarding the correctness of the issued invoices are not taken into account.

8. Security of purchase

The provider uses appropriate technological and organizational means to protect the transfer and storage of personal data and payments. The provider uses an SSL certificate issued by an authorized organization for these purposes. Credit card authorizations are performed in real time with immediate verification of data at banks. Card information is not stored on the provider's server.

9. Delivery

Pošta Slovenije will take care of the delivery of the shipment. The seller is not responsible for delays by the postal service provider or for damage to the packaging. The delivery price is charged according to the weight according to the price list of Pošta Slovenije. Delivery outside Slovenia will be charged separately according to the price list of Pošta Slovenije. Delivery costs are charged and stated on the order and invoice for the issued goods and you pay them together with the amount of the order.

10. Delivery time

All products in the online store that are in stock will be shipped:

  • within 2 - 5 working days from the day of payment of the pro forma invoice in case of payment according to the pro forma invoice,

  • within 2 - 5 working days from the day of payment via Paypal,

  • within 2 - 5 working days from the order in case of payment by payment cards

If the delivery time is exceptionally longer, we will inform you as soon as possible. For products that are not in stock, the delivery time is longer and lasts from 8 -15 working days or exceptionally even more. When ordering products that are not in stock, please contact us at info@jollybellas.com and we will be happy to let you know when the desired products will be available.
We reserve the right to make any changes, in part or in full, to any part of the General Terms and Conditions without prior notice. The changes are valid from the moment of publication.

11. Refund

The buyer has the right to notify the e-mail address info@jollybellas.com or in writing by mail to the address Jollybellas, Vojka Žibret Kavčič sp, Lancovo 6 c, 4240 Radovljica within 14 days of receipt of the goods, to withdraw from the order or. contract without having to state the reason for its decision.


The buyer must return the goods unused, undamaged, in undamaged original packaging and unchanged quantity to the company within 14 days of sending the notice of withdrawal from the order.
The only cost incurred by the buyer with the withdrawal from the order (purchase) is the direct cost of returning the goods (postage), which he sends to the address: Jollybellas, Vojka Žibret Kavčič sp, Lancovo 6 c, 4240 Radovljica, Slovenia.

Upon returning the goods, the buyer also sends an invoice for the goods and personal data and a transaction account to which he wishes to receive the returned payment. We will refund the payment within 30 days of receiving notice of withdrawal from the contract.

Only the paid amount is returned to the user's bank account, and the promotional code in the form of a new code is returned to the user at the same time. Custom-made products (embroidery or other custom-made products) cannot be exchanged or returned.

12. Discount codes

Any code is always limited in time, but must be redeemed within a limited time, otherwise it is invalid.

  • Only one discount code can be redeemed for one purchase.

13. Exclusion of liability

In case of technical problems on the website, we reserve the right to cancel placed orders that have been affected by a technical error. In the event of order cancellation, we will notify you as soon as possible and inform you of the next steps. We reserve the right to restrict or suspend the sale of some or even all products for a definite or indefinite period of time, to restrict or completely suspend access to the online store pages, or otherwise to restrict or suspend the operation of the online store. We do not accept any liability for any damage to your hardware or software due to visiting and operating the online store pages or for any damage related to the products purchased in the online store.
