When can I return a product without any reason?
You can return any product within 14 days since the purchase of it without any reason. However you need to inform us about the return via email or contact section. After that you have another 14 days to send back an undamged and unused product in its original package. You sent it back to this adress. After we recieve an undamaged and unused product you will get your money back. The only cost you will have if you are returning a product is shipping cost.
When can I return a damaged product?
You can return a damaged product in the first month after purchase, but this only applies to products that were already damaged when you recieve them. However you need to inform us about the return prior to that via email. You will cover the shipping costs. You sent it back to this adress. After we recieve it we will send you another product, same as the one you returned.
Custom made orders
Do you take custom orders?
Yes. You can place them via email or in the contact section.
What do I need to mention in a custom order?
You need to mention:
- what product do you want(collar, leash, toy, bow tie...)
- what style (ex.:a padded collar with a buckle, ex.: a leash with a snaphook on each end and two rings for desirable lenght...)
- what colours do you want (ex.: green handle padding and blue ring)
- what size (ex.: 2 metres long leash, ex.: slip-on collar from 34 cm to 38cm...)
What is the price for a custom order?
The price depends on the order. After you send us an email with information about what you want we will discuss price with you.
What if I would like to order something you don't offer in your regular shop?
Write us an email and we will see what we can work out.
